Analysis
Religion and Economy Analysis: Because anyone was allowed into Pennsylvania, there were many religions in Pennsylvania. They came here for religious freedom and all religions were allowed, a person could be Lutheran while his neighbor was Quaker. Mostly Quakers came to Pennsylvania(because it was founded for Quakers’ Religious Freedom), but any religion could come here. Their economy was Agriculture and Manufacturing. They didn’t have great soil, so manufacturing became their secondary economy.
Founding Effect Analysis: Since it was founded for Quakers and Religious freedom, mostly Quakers or any persecuted religion (Puritans, Lutheran) came to Pennsylvania, so they could practice their own religion. Anybody who wanted religious freedom, were welcome to come to Pennsylvania. Jews were also allowed in Pennsylvania. This made everyone be able to settle and also one of the only places to let Jews reside, and so that meant that the population count was higher that average.
